- 2 pkg. chicken breasts
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 large bell peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions
- 1 (24 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook chicken and debone; chop. Save broth. Cook vermicelli in 1 1/2-quarts of chicken broth (do not drain).

2Saute onions and peppers in butter.

3Put Ro-Tel through blender and add broth. Cook 10 minutes. Add Velveeta, chicken and all other ingredients to broth mixture until cheese melts.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
