  • 3/4 c. raw rice
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • small amount green pepper, chopped
  • 2 small green onions, finely cut (may use onion powder or onion salt)
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. coarsely chopped boiled chicken

Directions

    Boil, drain and cool rice.

    Add all ingredients and mix well. For added flavor, add some Lawry's seasoned salt.
