Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. frying chicken
  • 3 or 4 shakes garlic powder
  • 1/4 red sweet pepper, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • mayonnaise (to moisten)
  • 3 to 4 shakes seasoning salt
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small purple onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Clean and wash the chicken and put into either a crock-pot or a roaster pan.

    Cook on high if using a crock-pot, 300° if baking in oven.

    Cool and chop into medium size pieces.

    Add rest of ingredients.
