- 3 to 4 lb. frying chicken
- 3 or 4 shakes garlic powder
- 1/4 red sweet pepper, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- mayonnaise (to moisten)
- 3 to 4 shakes seasoning salt
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small purple onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Clean and wash the chicken and put into either a crock-pot or a roaster pan.

2Cook on high if using a crock-pot, 300° if baking in oven.

3Cool and chop into medium size pieces.
