- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 3/4 lbs chicken tenders, halved
- 2 None onions, thickly sliced
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup satay sauce
Directions

1Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Stir-fry chicken, in batches, until browned all over and cooked through.

2Place onion and garlic in same wok; stir-fry until onion softens.

3Return chicken to wok with remaining ingredients. Stir-fry until sauce thickens slightly. Serve with green onion curls.
