- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut in strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne (optional)
- 12 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions

1Mix all marinade ingredients together and add chicken.

2Refrigerate one hour minimum, up to 24 hours.

3Soak wooden skewers in water or wrap handles in foil.

4Stir together all sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

5Simmer a couple of minutes until blended, adding a little water if too thick.

6Thread chicken onto wooden skewers and grill over hot coals about 3-5 minutes per side.

7Serve with sauce and fried rice.
