- 1/2 c. low fat buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 1/4 c. crushed fat free Caesar croutons
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In resealable plastic bag, combine chicken, buttermilk, thyme, pepper sauce and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken.

3In separate resealable plastic bag, combine chicken and croutons; shake to coat.

4Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

5Bake 30 minutes turning once.
