  • 1 large fryer or 1 pkg. each breasts and thighs
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped fine
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2/3 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrots, chopped fine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • parsley
  • Cavender's spice
  • 2 cans chicken broth (Swanson's with garlic)
  • 1 can beef broth

Directions

    Place chicken in large stockpot and cover with water.

    Cook until chicken is done.

    Remove from liquid, let cool and debone.
