Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pieces chicken
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 can corn
  • 3 bouillon cubes (chicken)
  • water
  • drop noodles (see recipe)

Directions

    Place chicken in a large pot and cover with water.

    Add onion, carrots, celery, corn and salt.
  3. 3
    Boil until chicken is done, approximately 1/2 hour.

    Remove chicken and debone it.
  5. 5
    Add bouillon cubes to boiling water and dissolve.
  6. 6
    Add the deboned chicken to the water.
