- 1 small hen, boiled, cooked and boned
- 16 oz. spaghetti
- 3 to 4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. American cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

2Do not drain.

3Add all other ingredients and toss until well mixed.

4Turn into greased casserole and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
