- 16 oz. spaghetti
- 1 can chicken broth
- enough water to boil spaghetti
- 8 oz. butter
- bell pepper
- onion
- mushrooms
- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 can English peas
Directions

1Mix spaghetti, 1/2 can of broth and water.

2Boil.

3Drain and set aside.

4Saute butter, 1/2 can broth, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms in skillet.

5Mix together Velveeta cheese, Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced chicken and English peas.

6Mix together all ingredients.

7Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
