  • 1 fryer chicken
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

    Boil chicken.

    Let cool and debone.

    Saute celery and onion in butter until tender.

    Add cream of chicken soup, milk and mushrooms.

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add cheese and chicken.

    Drain boiled noodles.

    Simmer sauce an additional 15 minutes.

    Pour sauce over noodles.
