Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 large chicken hen
  • 3 boxes long spaghetti, unbroken
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Velveeta cheese, grated

Directions

    Cover chicken with water in large pot and cook until tender; remove from stock.

    Cook spaghetti, unbroken in stock, until almost done.

    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter; add this and tomatoes, soup, boned chicken pieces and soy sauce to spaghetti.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Place all in large baking pan, generously cover with cheese.

    Bake just to melt cheese.

    Real good! Freezes well.
