Chicken Spaghetti

- 2 hens
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 2 boxes thin long spaghetti
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Boil the hens in a large quantity of water with the onions, peppers and celery until chicken is ready to pull off bone. Remove hens from the stock.

2Bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Set aside.

3Strain stock and boil spaghetti in stock until done. Pour off excess stock and reserve.

4Add chicken to spaghetti.

5Add tomato sauce, mushroom soup and grated cheese.

6Mix well and simmer on top of range for an hour.

7It it gets too thick, add some of the stock which has been reserved.

8This tastes as good the second day as the first.
