Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 small fryer, boiled or 3 cans boned chicken
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk (13 oz. approximately)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. grated American cheese
  • 1 box spaghetti (16 oz.)

    Dice chicken.

    Saute the celery, bell pepper and pimentos in one stick of margarine.

    Add soup, milk and grated cheese. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti.

    Add spaghetti, chicken and sauce together.

    Pour into large baking dish (9 x 13-inch) and heat thoroughly in a moderate oven (350°), for 30 to 45 minutes.

    May be topped with cheese and olives, if desired.
