- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 1 jar pimento, chopped
- 8 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Directions

1Boil chicken in broth until tender.

2Cool and cube. Saute onion and celery in oleo until tender.

3Just before celery and onion are tender, add mushrooms.

4Cook spaghetti in just enough broth to cover.

5When done, add cheese to broth and spaghetti. Let cheese melt and thicken.

6Mix chicken.

7Add all ingredients. Bake at 350° until brown, about 30 minutes.
