Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • 2 small cans mushrooms
  • 1 jar pimento, chopped
  • 8 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed

Directions

    Boil chicken in broth until tender.

    Cool and cube. Saute onion and celery in oleo until tender.

    Just before celery and onion are tender, add mushrooms.

    Cook spaghetti in just enough broth to cover.

    When done, add cheese to broth and spaghetti. Let cheese melt and thicken.

    Mix chicken.

    Add all ingredients. Bake at 350° until brown, about 30 minutes.
