  • 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 c. diced cooked chicken
  • small jar of pimento, diced
  • small box cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown bell pepper and onion in margarine.

    Add broth, simmer until tender; remove from heat.

    Add soup; stir well.

    Add chicken and pimento.

    Fold into spaghetti with the salt, pepper and cheese.

    Can make ahead and freeze before baking.

    Bake in large dish at 375° for 30 minutes.
