- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken
- small jar of pimento, diced
- small box cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown bell pepper and onion in margarine.

2Add broth, simmer until tender; remove from heat.

3Add soup; stir well.

4Add chicken and pimento.

5Fold into spaghetti with the salt, pepper and cheese.

6Can make ahead and freeze before baking.

7Bake in large dish at 375° for 30 minutes.
