  • 1 medium (4 oz.) jar sliced pimientos
  • 2 c. French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's combination wild and white rice, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Pour into a 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
