  • 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (save seasoning packet for later)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans chicken gumbo soup

Directions

    Melt oleo in small roaster.

    Pour rice on melted oleo.

    Put chicken breasts on top of rice.

    Pour on soup and 1 can water. Sprinkle packet of seasoning mix (from Uncle Ben's) over top. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
