- 4 skinned chicken breasts
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 large onions
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1/2 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Saute onions and potatoes in bacon drippings.

3Debone and cut chicken into small pieces.

4Mix in chicken, broth, onions, potatoes and tomatoes.

5Simmer about 2 hours.

6Add corn, ketchup and milk.

7Salt and pepper to taste. Turn off and let stand for 10 minutes.
