Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked, boned and cut up
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 3/4 to 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can French-cut green beans, drained

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in 1 big or 2 small casserole dishes.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until rice is done.

    Cover dish with foil while baking and remove to brown lightly.

    Can be mixed and placed in refrigerator overnight or frozen and baked later.

    Serves 6 to 8.
