Chicken Supreme

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts (frozen or thawed; I use all 10 in the box from Schwans and we've used pheasant breasts)
  • raw bacon strips
  • 2 pkg. thin sliced beef or ham (the packs of Buddig beef)
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Cut beef into small pieces and layer in bottom of pan or crock-pot. Wrap each breast in 1 to 2 strips bacon. Place chicken on top of beef. Mix soup, sour cream and flour and pour mixture on top of chicken. If using crock-pot, allow to cook on low all day (put it in before work and have for supper).

    If baking, use a moderate oven (350°) and bake slowly until done.
