- 1/2 (4 3/4 oz.) can chicken spread
- dash of pepper
- 3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. light cream (half and half)
Directions

1Prepare pie crust according to directions; roll dough and press into mini muffin tin.

2Put half chicken spread, then small amount of cheese to each.

3Beat eggs; stir in cream and pepper.

4Fill cups with about 1 1/2 teaspoon of egg mixture.

5Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
