  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • chicken pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger

Directions

    Mix ingredients. Don't worry if ginger floats on top; just mix as well as possible.

    Pour over chicken pieces (with or without skin and cut in strips or not).

    Marinate 1 hour.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, turning chicken pieces over halfway through baking time.
