  • 1 fryer chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 2 c. white wine
  • 1 can large pitted olives, drained
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts

    Cut fryer; wash thoroughly and dry.

    Salt and pepper fryer. Brown in oven at 370° for 30 minutes.
