- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 c. mushrooms
- 2/3 c. white wine
- 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chives
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. chicken stock
- 2 c. green grapes
Directions

1Combine crumbs, tarragon, salt, pepper and chives and coat chicken.

2Melt half of butter in frying pan and brown chicken. Remove to casserole dish.

3Add onions and mushrooms and saute. Then add chicken stock and wine and bring to a boil.

4Pour over chicken, cover and bake about 30 minutes or until done.

5Add grapes before serving.

6Serves 6 to 8.
