  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 2 c. (16 to 17 oz.) canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/3 c. (15 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

    In large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.

    Turn mixture into pie shell.

    Bake in 375° oven until sharp knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.

    Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
