- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 4 egg whites
- 130 ml water
- 3/4 cup soft brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Directions

1Put oven at 180°C/350°F.

2Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

3Put into greased 21cm pan.

4Cook 50 minutes.

5Cool completely in tin then dust with icing sugar mixed with cocoa.

6If you wish serve with berries.
