  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. slightly crushed corn chips
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Place alternate layers of corn chips, chili, onion and cheese in a 1-quart casserole.

    End with cheese on top.

    Bake in a 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot.
