- 1 chopped onion
- 1 lb. grated or cubed Velveeta
- 4 oz. can green chilies
- 1 1/2 tsp. margarine
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
Directions

1Saute the onion in margarine.

2Chop the tomatoes and chilies. Reserve the tomato juice from the canned tomatoes to thin if needed.

3Simmer the onion, tomato and chilies for 15 minutes.

4Add the cheese and cook until melted. Thin with tomato juice if needed.

5Serve with nachos or Tostitos.

6Can be frozen.
