  • 8 c. torn iceberg lettuce
  • 1 c. thinly sliced radishes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 oz. chopped lean cooked ham
  • 2 oz. chopped turkey breast
  • 2 (1 oz.) slices low-fat process American cheese, diced
  • 1 (1 oz.) slice low-fat Swiss cheese, diced
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill. Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture; toss gently to coat.
