- 1 c. thinly sliced radishes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 oz. chopped lean cooked ham
- 2 oz. chopped turkey breast
- 2 (1 oz.) slices low-fat process American cheese, diced
- 1 (1 oz.) slice low-fat Swiss cheese, diced
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill. Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture; toss gently to coat.
