- 6 Idaho potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, warm
- 2 roasted poblanos, peeled, seeded, and diced
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, or until tender.

3Drain, place on a sheet pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
