  • 6 to 10 chile verde, toasted
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 to 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. cheese

Directions

    Mix everything together in a pan except the cheese.

    Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, then add cheese.

    Let it stand a few minutes so cheese can melt.
