  • 1 lb. lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans diced green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. water

    Dredge meat in flour.

    Heat oil in deep skillet and brown meat.

    Add onion and garlic.

    Simmer covered 1 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
