Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar or brown Sugar Twin
  • 1 tsp. jalapeno juice
  • 5 slices (rings) jalapeno, diced
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • chili powder to taste
  • spaghetti or elbow macaroni (optional)

Directions

    Brown and drain ground chuck and onion.

    Add garlic, brown sugar, jalapeno juice, jalapenos, tomato juice and tomato sauce; simmer.

    Add chili powder to taste.

    If hotter chili preferred, add more jalapenos or chili powder.

    Add spaghetti if desired.
