- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. diced green chiles
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat; drain off fat. Using a fork, crumble cooked beef into pea-size pieces. In large pot, combine beef plus remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer over low heat and cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2 to 3 hours.
