- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. celery, cut on slant
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 large can pork and beans
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Let simmer until onion is tender. Drain and add other ingredients except beans.

3Pour beans into 2-quart casserole.

4Pour ground beef mixture over beans.

5Do not stir.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
