- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooking spray
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

2Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

3Make a well in the middle of the mixture.

4Combine low fat yogurt, egg substitute, and vegetable oil; add yogurt mixture to flour mixture; stir until moist.

5Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray, and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
