  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 tsp. baking powder

    Sift meal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.

    Beat eggs, add milk.

    Add dry ingredients to egg and milk.

    Add oil. Bake in a greased iron skillet or muffin tin for about 20 minutes at 425°.
