  • 29 oz. pinto beans with juice
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 lb. cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. cooked chorizo
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered chili
  • 1 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Heat beans, water and meats for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add rest of ingredients and boil.

    Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour (add extra water, if necessary).
