- 1 large can tomatoes
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- chili powder

1Cook pinto beans with salt added for flavor.

2Add 2 tablespoons of chili powder to beans.

3Brown ground beef; add about 1 teaspoon salt.

4Add onion while cooking.

5Drain and add 3 tablespoons chili powder and stir well.

6Add ground beef mixture to beans.

7Mash tomatoes up into small pieces, then add to beans. Let simmer 2 minutes.
