- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 green peppers, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced in eighths
- 1 lb. lean beef round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness; cut into 1/4-inch strips. Sprinkle with paprika; set aside. Brown meat in skillet in butter. Add garlic and broth. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in onions and green pepper. Cover; cook 5 minutes more.
