  • 8 oz. stuffing mix
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 small can sliced black olives
  • 2 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 can chili (without beans)
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar

Directions

    Mix stuffing mix and water.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch oven dish. Brown ground beef.

    Drain well.

    Put beef over stuffing. Sprinkle with onion flakes.

    Add corn, then olives.

    Spoon chili over all.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 325° until cheese is bubbly (approximately 20 minutes).
