- 8 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans chilies (mild)
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. cooked sausage, drained well
Directions

1Cube bread and put in large skillet with at least 1 stick oleo, more if needed.

2Brown bread, take out and cook your sausage until done and drain it very well.

3Beat your eggs well; add green chilies, salt and pepper; mix in cooked sausage and saute bread. Add milk.

4Pour into 9 x 12-inch cake pan and put grated cheese on top and let set in refrigerator overnight.

5Next morning, bake 45 minutes at 325°.
