- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 260°. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.

3Pour mixture over popped corn in large roasting pan.

4Stir until well coated.

5Bake for 1 hour at 200°, stirring 3 or 4 times.

6Store in airtight container.
