Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
  • 1 or 2 (7 oz.) cans chilies, cut into strips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (13 oz.) can milk

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients; bake, uncovered, in a casserole, 8 x 8.

    Set oven at 350° and bake until consistency of custard. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

    Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan and triple for 12-inch round.
