- 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
- 1 or 2 (7 oz.) cans chilies, cut into strips
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 (13 oz.) can milk
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients; bake, uncovered, in a casserole, 8 x 8.

2Set oven at 350° and bake until consistency of custard. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

3Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan and triple for 12-inch round.
