- 1 can green Ortega chili peppers
- 1 (7 oz.) can green Ortega salsa
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grate cheeses and mix.

2If using whole peppers, they must be washed and drained (remove seeds).

3In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together.

4Use a very large shallow casserole or two smaller ones.

5Put half cheese mixture in dish.

6Layer peppers, then add remaining cheese.

7Pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

8Add salsa sauce on top and bake 15 minutes more.
