- 1 1/2 c. each: grated Jack and Cheddar cheese
- 1 (7 oz.) can Ortega whole green chiles, drained
- 2 (5 1/3 oz. each) cans evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Combine cheeses; spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

2Split open chiles.

3Place over cheese; top with remaining cheese.

4Gradually add milk to flour.

5Blend well; add eggs.

6Pour over casserole; cover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

7Cool 10 minutes; cut into squares.
