- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies, split open
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar
- 4 c. shredded Monterey Jack
Directions

1Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

2Beat first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend.

3Arrange chilies from 1 can in prepared dish, covering bottom completely.

4Sprinkle with 1/3 of each cheese.

5Repeat, layering twice.

6Pour egg mixture over cheese.

7Let stand 30 minutes.

8Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
