  • 4 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 medium pepper, chopped or sliced

Directions

    Fry in shortening or bacon grease until potatoes start to brown.

    Cut up into thin slices a Polish sausage.

    Add to ingredients in pan.

    Cover and let cook until potatoes are golden brown.
