- 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon hot chili peppers crushed
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cups peanuts raw
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F (160C).

2Combine all ingredients except the nuts in a baking pan and mix well.

3Add nuts and toss to mix.

4Spread nuts in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.

5Serve barely warm or at room temperature.
